Meet The Team!

My name is Richard Rinyai and I have been working in the Office Administration field since 1999.  I also have been an Administrative Assistant for most of my career.  I have extensive experience working with one-person to large corporate companies and in between.  I have supported as many as 60 staff members, which included 2 directors and 9 managers.  I have also supported clients ranging from consultants, investment brokers, property managers and media professionals.

I assisted in the contribution of an $85M asset base, organized various clients' schedules, performed accounts payables and receivables transactions and booked travel arrangements.  I also liaised with clients and prospects, effectively and efficiently responding to questions about their accounts and executed various sales calls for prospecting purposes.

I also have extensive experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.  I am self-taught with computers and have been working with them since 1986.

I hold a diploma in Marketing and a certificate in the Canadian Securities Course.

While I personally oversee all of the work that happens, my team is dedicated to your success!
